Short introduction
ABAB Accountants and Advisers is an all-round accounting and consulting organization with over 700 employees in 14 locations. With a renewed website, ABAB is pushing for the digital transformation that is also affecting the financial market. A robust foundation that suits ABAB's strategy and the changing needs of its target audience. LimoenGroen implemented the website (designed by Freshheads) in Drupal with lead generation and conversion taking the central role.

Disruptive business models put the market under pressure. Also those of the accounting firms. ABAB sees opportunities to better serve the market with (all-round) advice and service. The new website is much more than a fresh face. The site is a robust foundation that fits ABAB's strategy and the changing needs of its target audience. LimoenGroen worked with Freshheads on a renewed design and flexible basis, which enables ABAB to realize online ambitions much faster.
Objectives
The previous content management system was outdated and support was expensive. The website was not mobile-friendly and did not address ABAB's strategy, which focuses on relationship management and a broad service portfolio. The core values ​​of ABAB are personal, clear and proactive. The website must play an important role in ABAB's brand experience and providing valuable leads.
Results
The new website suits the brand promise to exceed expectations. The Marketing department can quickly respond to current news through a new content structure and the flexible content management system Drupal. Information and news is provided along with practical advice. The story of ABAB is now told in a human and understandable way. Questions that are important to customers are: I want to undertake international, what should I think of? And what are good investments. Every question is a potential story or a blog.

In the first months, the average visit duration increased by 30%. Page visits increased by 25% and the number of completed contact requests doubled.
Technical challenges
Creating the right cropping from images (the images are responsive and use smaller proportions than a big screen) makes the life of content editors a lot easier now. The site uses Paragraphs and Inline Entity Form, which makes it easy for the editor to compile and manage very extensive pages. A new way of optimisation creates a fast-paced website, while content can always be updated. A technical highlight is the upgrade to Drupal 8 of the Fast Autocomplete module. This lightning fast modern search box was developed by LimoenGroen open source and inspired by the Internet Movie DataBase (iMDB website).
